I noticed upon waking up in the mornings that I had a slight headache. I plan to take it for just 10 days then stop. I know not to inhale any thin vapers from any movement of the powdery form, and just realized that I should be drinking more water during the day , I will try to take note on anything different as I have no health issues. It did get rid of ants on the countertop.
